I ordered the ivory 2x8 runner. I was delivered the grey color runner. I spoke to a very nice young lady and was offered a $24.00 credit to my credit card. I was going to return it and reorder the ivory but I need the runner for this weekend so I decided to keep it event though it is way to dark for my needs. The rig itself is lovely, just the wrong color due to your shipping error.
Then ordering I thought I was ordering a rug and your better rug mat. I've received four rugs. 2 runners and 2 of the larger rugs. No mats. Please help me get the mats the rugs are of no use without the mats. I'm terribly sorry. I'm not a fan of returning goods. I've been crippled for over a year due to a horrible hip surgery. Needing your help. Thanks so much MS
I love this rug! It looks gorgeous on our outdoor porch and the blue is absolutely beautiful! Quality is great too! I highly recommend it and would buy it again.

Shipping of a 9x12 rug folded.not so much. Should have been rolled. Hopefully fold and creases will lay flat with a little time. So not pleased with that part at all.

They were about an inch too big for both of them and I almost sent them back. I just decided I liked them too much so I'm just going to make them work. Beautiful.
If your rug is longer than 7 feet, it will cost you $200! I purchased a rug on sale for $99. It turned out it was too big and i wanted to return for a smaller size. But returning it would cost me more than the rug itself. I purchased a rug online believing i was safe with their free return pitch. "Oh that's the mailing entity who charges you." Then caution your customers if you want to win us over and wish have consumer loyalty. I will not purchase a rug from them again. GO AMAZON!
They are here already! I just ordered a portion of my rugs to check the blue color. They are about 70% white and 30% navy blue. Super, and will work with our colors. Often the blue turns out to be green blue.not my blue. Two of the three rugs arrived and are almost flat and settling in. One 8x10 and some runners. Tracking indicates the third rug is on the way!
The rugs are in a birdcage and will see some rain. I use a Bissell crosswave to remove water after rains. The sun finishes the job. The rugs provide a nice feel underfoot and reduce slipping on our painted floor.
Although I wish there was more modern variety, there are still many great options! I love the ease of navigating the site and option to visualize the pieces in the actual space which helps with deciding which to get.
