I could load my cart with items I thought were OK...Then go back for in depth details and upgrades or changes...then realize I can't afford all of this...delete items until the $$ was within reach...Finalize and secure the order via my online wallet and...soon new rugs will be delivered...Thanks

My heart was set on a carpet from another dealer -- That one was even on clearance! -- but I received an e-mail from Rugs.com just before I intended to leave for the shop. I scrolled a few pages of offers and suddenly saw the rug that was PERFECT for my bedroom. I ordered it immediately.

When ordering I was sent an email stating the delivery this past Friday, which I was thankful for, because it would be in time for our guest for graduation. But to my surprise, nothing has come. I'm hopeing it's worth the wait. Never order on time line, give yourself extra time for delivery.

I purchased a 4' X 4' rug, which is not easy to find. The delivery was exceptionally fast. The rug is just what I wanted. The colors are perfect and the quality is very good. And, the price was excellent. I will definitely be going to Rugs.com for future rug purchases.

Wonderful experience! Delivery time is very prompt. The rug. Has not been delivered yet but is expected tomorrow. I also love the "see in my room" experience. It looks very real and scales true to size.

My choice when I ordered was a darker green but in retrospect it is my fault as I went by color in pics. I have another area outside where this is fitting in nicely. It was wrapped so tightly for shipping it will be quite a while before the edges settle down flat.
