I love that I can look at rugs on Rugs.com and they will ship to the address in Alaska. There are so many companies that will advertise and say they will and then you get the email or phone call --so Sorry We Don't Ship to Alaska. Thank you as I will be buying more.

The rug arrived quickly. The colors were true to the posted photo. We didn't need a rug pad since we placed it in our dining room. We have dining chairs with casters and they easily roll on the rug without bunching it up. Very pleased with the selection offered and the price!

I was very pleased at how easy it was to order, how quickly I received it, and the quality of the rug.
I received a discount code, but there's no place to enter it.
I tried to call the 800 "24/7' number but they are closed (not open 24/7 per website).
I sent a chat message with unusual delays and response time. The person advised that I need to call back next day when they are open and I will get a refund for the discount amount after I have paid for the item. There is no place for the discount code in spite of the email from the company with a code.
No information regarding shipping and handling times before purchasing your item.
Customer service is an opportunity. We will see how this goes.
