Rugs.com replied to my questions with a detailed response in e-mail. They also gave a phone number which is rare! I had concerns about the materials in the rug manufacture and they assured me that there were no added chemicals.,

I have purchased 6 rugs so far (all different sizes). I am always amazed at the quality of the rugs considering the low prices.

Great selection on the site however, pretty difficult to get a payment through check out. Couldn't get PayPal to go through how to switch to Apple Pay.
