It is a good quality and I sprayed mine with a fabric guard to make it stay pretty.

We were excited to find your site. We had a good experience in searching and ordering except for when you click Continue Browsing- it totally takes away all of your preferences, and then you have to start over-use the back button in the browser instead! We're anxiously awaiting the rugs.

Rugs ship in 1-2 business days is splattered all over the site, but it's been a week and a half and my order still shows "processing". Frustrating, as I could have walked into a store 9 days ago and had a rug by now.

Finally found a rug with right color combination of grey/beige.

The use of the website is user friendly. The description and colors are spot on when the carpet arrives. I have purchased runners and an 8x10 5 years ago. I took my runners to the dry cleaner where they were professionally washed. Vacuumed the 8x10 regularly, spot cleaned, and had it professionally cleaned. They lasted 5 years and am purchasing a new 9x10 because of wanting a new design. I hope this new carpet lasts as long.
