It was very easy to find the type of rugs we wanted. We typed in outdoor rugs, as well as the colors we were looking for. There was a wide selection to choose from, which took a little time, but since it has the option of choosing the ones you like the best, it made it easier to narrow it down. The fact that multiple sizes are available made it possible for us to purchase the exact size of the three rugs we purchased. The price was very reasonable, especially since they were discounted because of the Veteran's Day Sale. In addition, because we purchased 2+ rugs we received an additional 10% off. We researched other rugs on different sites and found that Rugs.com had the best selection and competitive prices. This is the second time we've purchased rugs from this company and are very satisfied with the service, selection, price, and quality of our rugs. We highly recommend Rugs.com

I was able to see rugs in my space. The reviews were good even though reportedly is more blue than purple. I think it was accent the room nicely. Easy shopping experience.
I didn't find anywhere to put in any filters. I was looking for a a round or octagon predominantly blue carpet and. Had to flip thru black, gold, green, red etc with blue sprinkled in so it took my far longer than it should have.
This is a replacement 8' x 10' red rug, I am purchasing the exact same one (I have pets) the rug makes our place a beautiful plus comfy home. Love the ease of the entire process
Ordering was easy, delivery was fine. However, I am greatly disappointed in the rug. The color is not even close to the color that was depicted in the picture on the web site. I may have to send it back, which I'm sure is a real pain.
So many to choose from-awesome. Found a design I love-didn't have to settle. Although I have not yet seen it in person-hard to rate the rug. Four stars for that... But so far very good. Love free shipping of course. Fast response, should be here in 7 days. I look forward to seeing our new rug.

Arrived rolled and sealed w a plastic glove. I love the use of less materials but maybe something toxic. Cardboard?
The rug is really good quality. I bought the 5'3" x 3 ret. Dark brown solid shag.
I like the non skid edges which hold it nicely in place. Feels so good on bare feet. Vacuums very easy and looks like new again. I liked it so much I ordered 2 more to match. Cant wait to cover more floor making it more cozy in the coming winter months.
Shopping with Rugs Direct was very easy aside from having to make a choice out of the huge number of rugs available. My rug was delivered within 2 days of ordering and turned out to be just what I had wanted. I was so pleased with my purchase that I just ordered the same rug but in a different color. I've bought your rugs before I love them. But ordering them online is very difficult. I ended up with two rugs when I wanted one. I couldn't figure out how to get the pad so I must've gone back-and-forth six times in the middle of the night to get this rug. Good night.
Just ordered and have not received the product yet. The website is very easy to navigate Easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I hope the colors are true.
I placed an order and realized my mistake within 5 minutes. I immediately called and emailed to cancel — literally five minutes later — and was told it was "too late" because a shipping label had already been created and the rug had been "dispatched." In 5 minutes? Give me a break. What followed was a complete joke. I contacted their customer service multiple times and got nothing but canned replies about how they were "diligently working on it" and how "important" I am as a customer. Spoiler alert: they didn't do a single thing. They just let the package ship out anyway and told me I'd have to wait for it to arrive so I could return it. So now, instead of simply clicking a button to stop a shipment made minutes earlier, they're wasting my time, my energy, and my patience — all while pretending to care. Let's be honest: Rugs.com doesn't give a damn once they've got your payment. Their customer service is pure smoke and mirrors — empty promises and zero action. I'll never buy from them again, and I'd strongly recommend that anyone reading this think twice before ordering.
Prices, descriptions and details all very good. Room pics of items and potential to view it in my room are very helpful. Payment page has option for setting up with bank, did NOT work. Biggest complaint is the site says 24/7 customer service, however i called and was informed its "after hours"!
I have ordered a number of rugs from Rugs.com over the years and have never been disappointed with my purchases. The selection is wonderful and the price points are great for their quality and durability.
