I ordered five rugs from a big 10x12 to runners. I am very pleased with the amount of time it took. And how pleasant the quality of the rugs are. The only thing I can say they are more red than the orange in the pictures. But we love them in an add instant color to our new flooring. Highly recommend.
Very easy, good price. I rolled mine an opposite direction and went shopping for about three hours, and when I came back and laid perfectly flat, very happy with this purchase, I will be buying more

I have purchased four rugs in two separate transactions. I discovered Rugs.com on a social media marketplace. I NEVER click on store ads, but the sale pricing and great photography caught my eye. I'm so glad I did. Their website it so easy to navigate and the choices are endless. Beautiful real life pictures of every color available in each pattern. Several sizes and odd shapes too, not just the basic. This website saved me many trips to the many stores that sell outdoor rugs. I shopped from the couch and found exactly what I was looking for both times. Rugs arrived on time in fantastic condition. They looked identical to the photos on the website and matched each other in color and weave even though they were different in size. Their return policy is outstanding so I had no hesitation ordering. Thanks Rugs.com!

I recently discovered Rugs.com, and like their selection and free shipping/returns policies, however, I found the checkout experience to be frustrating, as I could not make a PayPal or Venmo purchase, even though they offer these as options. I hope they are able to fix these glitches.
