I have been trying to find a suitable rug and smaller area rug for quite awhile now. Rugs.com had what I wanted and at a fair price. Shopping was easy, too. Checkout was a breeze. With free shipping and return, who can complain?
We loved the "view it in your room" feature which none of the other websites that we looked at had.
Just be careful to get an accurate picture to use for that AND take accurate measurements too.
Some of the styles had rug sizes within inches from one size to the next (7'x10' & 7'10"x10').

I purchased this rug specifically for my front door entryway because it said it was washable. We have three tiny dogs that occasionally drag dirt in and washable was what I was specifically looking for to replace my current rug. The shipping was super fast and it was packaged well. Upon opening it is visually a pretty pattern on the rug, however this is NOT a washable rug! The description at the website said it was and the label on the rug says it is. It's woven on very stiff plastic backing that will not go into any washing machine. Also, the instructions with it say to spot clean it as needed and take it outside and beat it every 6 months to clean it. No mention of washing it. I'm disappointed. I greatly overpaid for this rug.

The delivery, quality & color were spot on! I will look for padding to give the rug a more plush feel. I don't think the recommended padding would be thick enough.
I enjoyed browsing all the colors and patterns available, the prices are reasonable. Of course I won't know much about the quality until it arrives, but I'm thrilled with my order!

One of the rugs I ordered arrived in the wrong color, but it works in another part of the house, so I ordered another in that " (not) wrong color" while ordering the correct color again.
I immediately loved the rugs that just arrived, so I took advantage of the sale, and the credits I earned, and just bought two more!
Shipping was super-quick, rugs are wrapped and edges well-protected.
I just moved, needing rugs that don't break the bank, and are well-made and affordable. Even my Greyhound is loving this soft, comfy rug, foregoing his very cushy bed!
