The rug looks great and ordering was easy. The previous rug pad I purchased left marks on my porch, like a stencil of the back of the pad. It's very frustrating and will not wash off. Also, I do not like given out my phone number and if I immediately start to get text spam, I will believe it to be RUGS.com unless you convince otherwise.
