I have purchased several of these rugs for both my deck and inside my home. They get a great deal of wear from this busy 2 dog household and after several years, still look fantastic. We wash them with the hose and they dry quickly and look wonderful.
A great plus is the customer service. I receive the rug quickly and they the customer service team is very responsive

Very difficult. I wanted a Leipzig runner, had it in my cart, deleted it accidentally, then absolutely could not find it again. You almost lost a purchase but I came at it from a different site rather than your app. Frustrating because nothing Leipzig would show up on your filter.

Declined my phone number as invalid repeatedly, had to call Customer Service and was told to add a +1 at the beginning, I assume that is because I have a US phone number. Just an FYI for anyone else having this problem! Anxious to see my rug!

Rugs.com is the place to go for high quality reasonably priced rugs. I just ordered my third big, really big room sized rug. The two I have are 5 years old and are located in heavy traffic areas of my home, and they still look great!

I needed a runner for my entryway, ideally 3'X7', but I checked out with a 4'X6' oval rug. Hopefully, it will look good in the space.
I appreciated the photos showing the rug in different positions, so one can see the pile and quality. Also, the prices are great!
