Very easy site to navigate with clear information and excellent pictures. So far, very happy. This sale was a great find as I had been drooling over this rug for some time.

I was looking for a 6×9 oval rug but it was hard to find. I did find something I liked, though. There were many different rugs on the site and I enjoyed looking at them all. The prices were excellent. I would shop here again!

Ordering is the easy part. Now for the length of time it takes to get to my home...I can't wait to recieve it...

I am not happy. I completed a survey that said I would get a $20 credit- which I did not receive! I call customer service and was told to wait 24hrs- which I did. Still no credit.

I started around eleven today.It is now two thirty. So much to choose from. Good prices, too. I was sure I was going to order two rectangular rugs,BUT rugs. Com had a 4 by 4 round rug! Wow! It will pop with color at the top of my stairs. I am so so happy! Thank you very much. 😉

Never disappointed always on time always what I see in the catalog. The only thing I have a problem with is the measurements I wish they could place a item against the measurements to give a more precise measurement

Found a rug I liked and the site blocked me because I was moving too fast.? I eventually got back to the rug I liked and was allowed to purchase it.?
