Use of website not as intuitive as I'd like. Bought same rug in different sizes and had to look up the rug style again to get a different size. Some companies would have shown examples of same rug if I'd scrolled down but not this website. We'll see if the quality of the rug is what I'm hoping.

I was impressed at easy and fast the purchase process was.

Customer Service was able to help me find a rug I spotted on their site months back and took a screenshot of (but I failed to include the item #). The rep jumped on within 2 minutes and found the rug I had been hoping to get within 5 minutes.

I have ordered several area rugs from Rugs.com. High quality, good price.

Great selection but website needs tweaking so the choices are more accessible. Once I found the print/ style I wanted, it was difficult to find the color/ shapes and sizes it came in. Other sites let you see size-shapes and colors each rug is available in so you can pick and see them witnout searching again (and possibly finding something else you like).
