This is my 3rd purchase of your rugs, and I'm happy with the quality and looks of them. The shipping is fast and reliable.
Quick, thorough & hopefully rug gets to me when said & it's as pretty in person as is on site.
If you put a rug in the cart and check shipping this site ships it to you. You will soon figure this out and hit the return button or app. The return will state "return is pending approval". This rug will show up and you will have to carry it to a Fed Ex shipping site and loose the shipping. They offer you 37% credit on te next purcase to keep these rugs. You actually have to call them to cancel an order according to them. Their phone people are standard issue. Play dumb with this process. Nice.

Opening to my desired category I initially felt overwhelmed with selections, sizing and colors. After just a few minutes I got the rhythm of their online site and the rest was easy. To navigate Rugs.com was truly simple - it is set up to be very clear. The selections were extensive. The best part? The most helpful part was being able to take a photo of the room for which I was buying a rug and a tool let me "install" the rug into the room I had photographed, the room for which I wanted the rug. What a great idea! Incredibly helpful for me.
I was disappointed that they did not have the color runner to match my outdoor area rug. I found another runner and when I reached out to confirm they were the same color I received quick confirmation. Ordering was easy after that thanks to PayPal. Very easy to find what I was looking for in the size I wanted.
What a great selection of rugs! I had a hard time deciding, so I ordered 2 and kept the one I liked best. Return of other rug was hassle-free. Rug quality exceeded my expectations, so I just ordered another rug!
