I appreciate the smooth cart and free shipping. Could show what the pattern looks like on all the sizes of rugs via pics regarding asymmetrical designs, would be the one area of improvement I'd recommend, but overall a good ordering experience.
I love this company and purchase all my rugs from them! Customer service is very responsive and makes sure that any issues that might arise are solved quickly and efficiently.
I like that I can always count on receiving a quality product.

Trying to buy a rug and decided to change the color. I called within a few hours and was told that they had to cancel the rug and I could order a new one of the color I wanted. I did all this, and then received an email that my new order was cancelled due to 'an issue with Merchant Services". I called and they said I needed to call my bank. I called my bank and they said that they had approved both charges ( one which should be a credit). I called back to rugs.com and I was told that I had to use paypal ( which I don't use). Seems very odd to make it is so difficult to buy a $209 rug.
I ordered for the first time and upon receipt of the merchandise, the rugs were quite less than quality. I requested a refund and was told that I would receive 5 to 10 business days once the items had been received at the company warehouse. The less than quality rugs were to be in good condition, quite surprising when I provided the notification regarding the quality of the rugs. Please know that I just received the shipment so I did not have the rugs in possession for some time nor am I attempting to defraud by using the rugs and then requested a refund. Please don't waste your time and/or experience the issues that I have had as there are so many other companies which provide quality merchandise and quality customer service.
I bought a shag rug. The first 30 days I noticed it matting where people sit. I let Rugs.com know. They told me to fluff it with my hands. Very poor quality for $200. Not a happy customer.
I ordered an 8 x 11 area rug for my living room. It arrived folded in a heavy plastic bag. I cannot get the wrinkles out of this rug! I have tried everything, followed the directions, asked for help and followed those suggestions. This rug has deep creases in it from being folded. I am deeply disappointed as we really like the rug. My question: How can a company that is named Rugs.com send out rugs folded, not rolled? A conundrum.
I ordered a rug from this website over two weeks ago. On their website it says that the rugs get mailed within 24 hours. After waiting over two weeks, I contacted customer service, who told me that the rug was on its way, when I asked if I can get my money back. I told them that that's impossible because FedEx only has an update that the label has been created. While I was talking to the customer service lady, I called FedEx and they told me that the item is still with the shipper. So, not only did they lie about how fast they ship the items, they also lied about the shipping information. Not to mention that I paid extra for two day shipping. I will never be using this website again.
I just received my 8x11 rug looked just like picture. Great service arrived quickly no shipping, price can't be beat. Customer for life.
I'm am outraged right now. We DESIGNED our back yard area with pavers and sod with a 9x12 space literally allocated for an outdoor rug from rugs.com. We were having an outdoor barbecue and were pissed and embarrassed when the area looked ridiculous. Of course we had to use them as-is because the area was dirt. What a great party having guests stand in the dirt. We actually ordered TWO rugs, order total was $858.60. This is what we received instead of 9x12 rugs:
8' 10.5" x 11' 4.5"
8' 11.5" x 11' 1.5"
Those are HUGE, HUGE differences! Especially when we had a 9x12 area perfectly measured out. Pavers and sod on all sides!
Also, I spent $701.00 in a separate order with rugs.com on 11-8-2020!
Your company better come up with a really good solution for this problem.

Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
