I purchased a large area rug 4 years ago, and moved. Brought it to my new home, a bit too large, but too nice to replace.
The quality was superb, I didn't pay a lot, $500. I have a dog, foot traffic, no problems!
It's time to redecorate. A new rug will be perfect, less work than painting to transform a room!
Happy I remembered Rugs.com, had a very satisfying experience.
This is not my 1st buy from Rugs.com. They have become my go to for rugs because the delivery is fast and I have been happy with all of my purchases from them.
So many beautiful rugs! I'll remember you guys. Your web is very organized so, I never once got lost. And the sail prices were wonderful.
Looking for rugs on here was ok. The prices were fair with consideration that prices everywhere have jumped up tremendously.
Good site, easy to shop... hoping the receipt of the rug will be just as painless.
Quick and easy search. Large variety of rugs. Smooth checkout. Hope the quality of the rug matches the quality of Sevice and smoothness of how the website runs.
I found exactly what I needed for a very low price.
I purchased an outdoor rug in May for our back deck. The carpet is already unraveling after only 90 days. I contacted customer service and was informed their warranty is only 30 days. They offered me a15% refund which amount to $33 on a $200 plus purchase only 90 days ago. I guess their prices are so low because they sell sub par products and then leave you out to dry when it falls apart. What a deal! Will stick with Amazon who has a more positive customer service attitude.
The customer service was quick in responding to my needs. The website was easy to maneuver and the products look of quality material.
The young lady in customer service was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable with ordering the 3 rugs I wanted. I explained that I was leaving to go out of town for a few days, so didn't want the rugs coming while I was gone. She said she could put them on a "hold" for me till I called to have them delivered. Was so nice of her to be so accommodating to me! Thank you Angel!
I did have a couple of questions but I called into your 800 number and got a very helpful and knowledgeable person from So Carolina.
Super easy to find what I needed and the purchase experience was great. Excited to receive the rug!
The site was easy to navigate... So many options came up as I searched for "teal rug"... I looked at many and as irony would have it, settled on the very first one. Seeing all the others made me even more confident in my choice... Love it!
Everything was fine until I got to payment information. It has a box that you can check if shipping and billing are the same. But the computer would not
Skip the shipping address even though I had checked the box but I had to fill in all the information twice. Annoying.
It was very easy to navigate color and size options and I LOVED the "see this in my room" feature! Plus unbeatable prices and free shipping! Now I just can't wait for it to come!
Great website with lots of deals plus free shipping. Tons of selections and views to choose from.
Huge collection of rugs and sizes
Had a very nice experience just browsing all the rugs, all the sizes, and colors!
And finally found it!
My "Santiago rug"
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Answer: Please may I have your email used when you made the purchase or order ID I will locate your order.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
