The quality was superb, I didn't pay a lot, $500. I have a dog, foot traffic, no problems!

I found exactly what I needed for a very low price.
I purchased an outdoor rug in May for our back deck. The carpet is already unraveling after only 90 days. I contacted customer service and was informed their warranty is only 30 days. They offered me a15% refund which amount to $33 on a $200 plus purchase only 90 days ago. I guess their prices are so low because they sell sub par products and then leave you out to dry when it falls apart. What a deal! Will stick with Amazon who has a more positive customer service attitude.

The young lady in customer service was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable with ordering the 3 rugs I wanted. I explained that I was leaving to go out of town for a few days, so didn't want the rugs coming while I was gone. She said she could put them on a "hold" for me till I called to have them delivered. Was so nice of her to be so accommodating to me! Thank you Angel!

The site was easy to navigate... So many options came up as I searched for "teal rug"... I looked at many and as irony would have it, settled on the very first one. Seeing all the others made me even more confident in my choice... Love it!
Everything was fine until I got to payment information. It has a box that you can check if shipping and billing are the same. But the computer would not
Skip the shipping address even though I had checked the box but I had to fill in all the information twice. Annoying.
