Very helpful in how to select for uncertainty of size and color. "order both", open small size to see if color and size will work.
Ordered two matching rugs in July. Wanted to order a matching runner. Within in minutes customer service looked up my earlier order and provided me with the item number. Also love the see the rug in my room option.
I love my previously purchased carpet. When I asked for assistance to find my previous purchase so I could get a matching runner, customer service assistance by someone whose name starts with B was very helpful. I feel bad I forgot the name. He was very kind and helpful. The rugs and customer service are amazing!
I was looking for a couple inexpensive area rugs for my home and I came across an ad for rugs.com. Figured it was worth a shot. Boy, oh boy, I'm glad I did! I ended up purchasing 3 area rugs for under $200! The site offered assistance every step of the way. Great experience.
Good easy! I don't know what to say... thanks scan not tell you about what I don't know.
I love being able to change my carpets easily and affordably. I and my puppies use the door in back and they get messy. What ever color or size, the product is great. Thank you for this affordable avenue
My experience was very easy and super helpful. Liked all the features this site had.
I bought a rug from Rugs.com and areas of it melted. The melting was caused by use of an elevated space heater. I wasn't aware that it was happening. I have been using the space heater for years on various rugs without any problems. But within an hour of use, the rug.com rug had melted in patches. I had no idea that their rug would react differently than the 5 other rugs that I own. It's a sign of low quality and a potential hazard. Just FYI.
The website was easy to navigate and prices seemed fair. I have ordered from them before and the quality was good too!
These rugs are treasures. They have transformed my condo. The two day ship is essential…and the non slip pad. What beauty! Love my floors! Shoes off!
Loved how easy your website was to navigate and can't wait to get my new rugs
My designer daughter sent me a link to a rug and I got it ordered in a few minutes. Happened to be 50% off and free shipping.
The site is very easy to navigate. There are multiple options to use in narrowing down your selection. The selections range from inexpensive to quality hand-notted rugs. At checkout, you have several selections for paying, as well as the time of delivery.
Easy. Love all the available products. Free shipping. Love that the plant is in the USA,
We absolutely love the feature that allows you to snap a picture of the room where you want to put your rug. Brilliant! We could see it on the floor in the room and it was amazing. We will be shopping here again.
I found the website easy to navigate and it was quick to find what I was looking for (dorm room rug). Great and varied selection in a wide range of sizes. Easy order process.
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Answer: Please may I have your email used when you made the purchase or order ID I will locate your order.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
