I wasn't sure if the rug(s) I liked would be the right color, pattern, etc., so I was able to order 2 small ones to try them out. Hopefully, one will work in the larger size, which is what I need and perhaps I can even use one of the smaller ones also. There was so much to choose from and I hope what I chose will work.

I appreciate the large variety of rug styles presented. I had a question about custom lengths which I submitted, but was never responded to. The site was easy to navigate. I would have liked it more if there was a way to get a live or timely response to questions. A good experience nonetheless.
