So far, so good. I asked two questions on a particular rug and was emailed almost immediately with an answer. Payment process was very easy. Confirmation was immediate and also an immediate "thank you for your purchase" which most sites don't do these days. Will review again regarding product and delivery upon receipt of purchase.
