Website did not offer to create an account until after the order was placed and then showed a $15 off this order. It was too late to use the discount after the order is placed. Website says 24 hour customer service, but no phone number could be found. I only hope that this rug is the quality that I am looking for, as I have never dealt with this company before. I could not find a rug that I liked, so I tried here. Large selection of rugs.

The color on my cotton woven rugs from Rugs.com bled and also bled on two other light blue bathroom rugs that I've washed numerous times with no bleeding. Those are now ruined. I've purchased woven cotton rugs for years from other vendors and never had the color bleed ever. I have hardwood floors and wash my rugs when I clean the floors, so that everything is clean. One shouldn't have to dry clean a cotton rug. The company has a return policy, but it's a bit much to package heavy rugs for return. Their outsourcing to rug vendors seems haphazard. I'm not able to review on their website, which make one question all of their five star reviews.

Wow I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my rug a lot of the complaints about the rug was the rug rolling up in the corners if I have known this was what I was getting I would have never ordered this rug
I found the Basket Weave Jute Rug (Natural) at a store by accident. I needed two rugs; however the rug was so beautiful I bought it. After getting it home, I saw how it brought life back to my room, I looked at the tag, got online and bought the two I needed. They are perfect, natural, and hold up to my families traffic.
Selection was easy, however there should be a selection choice for indoor and outdoor.
