Very difficult to fill out information, as the words in each box do not go away. I had to type over them and it made them difficult to see what I entered. It took several attempts to verify that I had not accidently entered "I" instead of "o". (fat fingers)When entering email.

Website did not offer to create an account until after the order was placed and then showed a $15 off this order. It was too late to use the discount after the order is placed. Website says 24 hour customer service, but no phone number could be found. I only hope that this rug is the quality that I am looking for, as I have never dealt with this company before. I could not find a rug that I liked, so I tried here. Large selection of rugs.
