The only thing that I encounter was I put my selection in the shopping cart, stepped away and got busy checked back later that night my cart was empty just had to go back through the rugs to find the one I had. Other than that love your rug selections and I have another one I will order once I receive this one.

The website was slow, but I was using my cell phone. Other than that it was a good experience.

The big selection of rugs was wonderful and when I had a question it was answered within 4 minutes. I bought my rugs today. Can't wait till they come in
