I was looking for a filter on material type. I had to scroll through lots of unwanted shag. Not that there's anything wrong with shag.
Great UI and UX.
Arrived with 2 edges unfinished. Fraying, you can see the weave of the one direction not completed on the other direction. About 1/2 inch of weave showing. It's going back. Says to call 24/7 customer service but no phone number provided

I just bought a non slip pad for my carpet which I purchased a few weeks ago. The carpet I ordered came in 3 days. Thats awesome! I would assume my pad will be here just as fast.

I ordered a 5x5 round shag rug for $79 paid $20 for 2 day FedEx. Was delivered on time they sent me a different size it's 5.3 ft so it just fits in my tight space. I vacuumed and put in floor my hands had a residue on them after handling. The rug is sparse and feels like ur walking on a mat. Not the best quality. Pile yarn is 100% Polypropylene. I like the color. But probably wouldn't recommend.
There were so many beautiful rugs to choose from and there was a great sale. It was hard to choose what I wanted. I do wish that you could easily see the names of the colors and the pages didn't do a full refresh when changing colors. It took too much time especially when going back to a search.
The site was easy to use and being able to view rug in my room feature was a decision maker. Very pleased and can't wait to get my rug!

I've used Rugs.com several times over the past 8 years or so, and have always been pleased with the selection, the prices, the quality, and the service. I love rugs :). Rug.com offers rugs of such variety and charm and at such reasonable prices that I'm able to treat myself to having rugs that change with the seasons. Which feels like an affordable, but substantial, treat. I've just purchased winter rugs for the hardwood floors in our family room/kitchen and am so looking forward to their bright, happy colors!
