I'm a customer born when 🦕 dinosaurs walked my world. You would not believe the incredible internet hassle to purchase an item on line. I get it for security reasons but seriously with the technology available today I should be able to walk through a purchase just like the one I just made. My daughter has lived and worked in Asia for five years and bless her pea picking heart for patiently listening to my gripes about the drama of some on line purchases This experience was fabulous. I don't have the product I purchased yet but high fives for the ease to make the transaction. To be honest it took me longer to write this than it did to make the purchase. We bought this rug for the living room and just love it. So, we bought another one for the dining room. My husband collects antiques and loves this rug!
I only received one rug and I ordered 3! I am obviously not happy about my experience because now I have to take time to contact rugs.com and explain this situation and wait for the other two rugs to receive and I needed them for a 60th BD party I'm having.
This rug is durable and is just what I wanted! I've ordered a few rugs lately and they just didn't hold up to the outside weather but very happy with this one!

After endless searches for a 10x14 area rug period, not to mention a good selection that included quality rug in the colors and pattern i needed—I found rugs.com! Great selection of good quality rugs AND amazingly good prices … also easy to contact Helpful customer service! Thanks!
The rug came with a white dye stain on it that is absolutely not part of the design. Additionally, none of the lines are clean/straight. Lots of random curves where the lines should be straight. Seems overall soft and pretty comfortable as an area rug, but overall very disappointing.
My shopping experience on this site was good. I'm excited to get my rug and see what it's going to look like.
