This is my second time I buy from here and very happy with my purchase

Delivery was extremely fast, and the rugs arrived well wrapped They were exactly what I was looking for.

So easy to go online, browse all the beautiful rugs and purchase! The only glitch is with shipping. It shipped out quickly but was shipped with FedEx which is never on time. They gave me a delivery day and 2 days later moved it out more days. Typical of them. Very frustrating for sure!

I ordered a rug and realized that I had ordered the wrong rug. They were very helpful in letting me cancel the order. I ordered what I wanted and was very pleased with the quality and look of the rug. I ordered 4 more coordinating rugs to go with the rug I have already received.

Received my order quickly and it was complete. It was my first order with Rugs.com, and they didn't disappoint. The rugs were thinner than I wanted them to be, but accurate in the description. I decided to take a chance and the colors match, so they will work!
