Our rug arrived today. We love it. It is beautiful. So soft and plush.

Ordered a 8' x 10'. I got a 7' x 9'. Package said that the rug and pad were 8' x 10'. Tape measure said 7'x 9'.

I was so happy and in disbelief when I found a sale with those prices,wow... I am in shock literally blowy mind, such good quality beautiful and an amazing low price,thank you Rugs com you guys are fantastic

Lots of great rugs available, including an indoor/outdoor one I bought and couldn't find anywhere else. Their website worked great on a laptop, but not so well on a smart phone. On the phone, the search or "add to my cart" options wouldn't work. Never had that problem with any other site.

Have had no problems with my ordering or delivery. Love all the Chateau rugs purchased so far. Just beautiful and good price.

I love my jute runner and will likely buy another. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because the label is lightly glued to the jute. There is no way of getting it off without damaging the fibers
