I love my jute runner and will likely buy another. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because the label is lightly glued to the jute. There is no way of getting it off without damaging the fibers

Rugs.com showed up when searching for a specific rug size and decided to try it. Found a size closed to my need and gave it a try. Good color choices, has the tool to size it in your room to see how it will look, and finally very easy to check out. It took four days to arrive and it's perfect.

Online access and navigation is good. Completed my order 3 business days ago and this is the status of my order:

"Our shipping partners have informed us that they are seeing elevated volumes and some packages may experience delays. Please allow an extra day for order status updates."
