Very easy and delivery was right on time, and product was as advertised.
Rug was promised on Sunday 11/5 delayed to Monday 10:30 to 2:30 delayed to end of day. It's 5:30 pm no rug yet.

BUT when it came it was exactly as it was described and it came so fast. I absolutely love it the rug is absolutely perfect.

I have bought rugs from Rugs.com for years. In fact, five rugs. They have been just prefect. But, this time it came with a flaw. I called them. They told me exactly what to do and it all went perfect. I was worried I would not get my new rug right away but it came almost immediately! Love it!

Carpet looks like picture online. Pile not as thick as advertised. It would have shipped and laid better if rolled onto a 2" cardboard dowel. It's very wavy and curled at inside ends of rolled up to ship carpet.
