Rugs.com is very user friendly & always has a great selection of beautiful rugs to choose from. I've ordered from them a couple times now & been satisfied with each experience.

The ordering was easy and our beautiful woven rug and pad arrived in just a few days. It is now making the living room look cozy, even when there is no fire in the fireplace.

Arrived home to find the rug had been left at my door step in the rain. No one rang the door bell so that I knew the item had been delivered. The rug was slightly damp, just hoping it doesn't have a smell with it. Nice rug and design, just the delivery sucked.

Prices were great, checkout was easy. Coupons certainly helped in decision. One thing. I received the confirmation of my order, but heard nothing else. After 4 days i would think i would hear an update, or estimated time of delivery. Received nothing except confirmation once order was placed. No tracking transaction. Nothing. I would like to be kept in the know of the process...

Went on Line found what I wanted. 2 days later I received the rug.

I ordered two rugs, each with a different pattern. Delivered in two days! Wow! The rugs are high quality. No need for pads. Colors are exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The carpet reach on time as it was specified. The only problem is that FedEx didn't not delivered it to my apartment. They leave if in the mail box area, which is very risky.Fedex did not fulfill their responsibility to receive the Item from point A to Point B

First time ordering and it won't be my last. Was hesitant to order online not knowing if color would be true but it was absolutely perfect. Great quality too! Can't beat the price either! Highly recommend
