Giving 5 stars because it was a great experience purchasing from Rugs.com. Shipping was very fast, fairly sturdy and protective packaging but, who ever was the delivery service that was used laid the rugs I ordered outside by the side door of my house, when I have a large covered front porch while it was pouring. No telling how long they had been out there. I would have fathered they been delivered a day late due to weather than possibly ruined. Hoping the rugs are not damaged due to this. I have had them laid out drying for 24 hours now but still damp.

The rug looked exactly the way it did when I used the see in your room thing on the website. Even the size and color are the same and it wasn't hard to get the rolling out of the carpet either.
