Flawless experience compared to competitors. Turnaround time was great and the rug was top quality. It also lies very flat after an hour...never saw that with competitors rugs.

This is the second time in 5 years I have ordered from Rugs.com. The quality is very nice. We have 5 dogs and the carpets still look great. We decided to change color schemes and ordered carpets on Saturday night, they were delivered Tuesday! We LOVE the new colors, the quality and how they arrived so fast.

The experience with Rugs.Com so far has been great. Need to think about a rug pad however for this size rug.

For the most part it was ok. I was shopping for quite sometime. When I would have items saved, if I closed out, my cart emptied.

I had mistakenly ordered two rugs. Fran, the associate that worked with me was wonderful. It was a complicated situation and was so patient and understanding. She did a beautiful job fixing all issues!

I thought it was great when I received the rug so quickly. Only two days after I ordered. I have yet to receive the three others. So not a good! Not good at all.

I tried to cancel an order for a runner because it would be too short. Was told already on the truck so I have to wait for it to be delivered to return it. That was a few days ago, however, haven't received it yet. How long do they leave your rugs on the truck?
