I'm not a regular online shopper because I'm always afraid of the item not being as described. Well no worries here. I received my rug quickly and it was perfect. Color was correct, pile was correct it was exactly as listed. I would definitely buy from rugs.com again.

I was disappointed that my one of my 3 rugs was out of stock. They went ahead and shipped the other two, which I no longer wanted because I need all of them to match. So I had to take them back to FedEx to be returned. Thankfully the same rugs where all available in another color. They arrived quickly and are very nice.

I ordered a rug assuming it would arrive in a couple weeks and it showed up in 4 days. The shipping company provided updates daily so I knew when to expect it
Flawless experience compared to competitors. Turnaround time was great and the rug was top quality. It also lies very flat after an hour...never saw that with competitors rugs.
I needed a number of runners for the bedroom; finding exactly the right sizes and pattern was easy, as was ordering the correct non-slip pads at the same time.
The rugs arrived in two days- I couldn't be more satisfied.
