We ordered #9. Rugs.#1. SKU#******* and #2 of Sku#******* were never shipped by their shipping department, I am short $210.00 worth of merchandise. Now they want me to take pics of 6 items I recieved so they can show their shipping dept., how will that solve or resolve anything.Their quality is very thin and poor as well, over all I would reco0mend you go to a rug store and avoid these pirates at all cost.
