To find a rug to fit a game room is hard. Rugs.com has a lot of sizes and beautiful rugs. I was amazed!
The rug I ordered had some severe creases that I couldn't make lay flat. I contacted Nelly in Customer Service and she gave me step by step directions on how to fix it. I also received a store credit (my choice instead of a partial refund) that she applied to another purchase I had made. I am a totally satisfied customer. I will be back!
I had bought rugs from Rugs.com in the past and the quality of their products was very good. Today. I went back to order a red runner from them and I believe it will still be the same quality.
The variety of choices available can be overwhelming. Fortunately, at the website you can identify what you're looking for in terms of color, patterns, styles, sizes and other criteria. Which made it easy to find just what I had in mind. Then, the details and characteristics of the rugs are provided, along with pictures, videos, and lots of comments from other buyers. What a relief to not have to go to a rug store and not find what you want and settle for something less than what you really were looking for.
And the delivery was prompt and well handled by FedEx. It's a great addition to our new living room.

I ordered my rug on Tuesday. I received it on Thursday. It was really fast shipping. I love this rug. It's beautiful Money well spent
I received my zebra rug and unpacked it. I thought it was beautiful. When I laid it down I noticed a defect in the coloring in one spot. But by now I had already taken off all the packaging and there was no way for me to repackage. So I am just going to make do and put the defect under a piece of furniture.
