The rugs are great, and arrived very quickly! The reason for 4 stars in lieu of 5 is that they came with no cleaning instructions, so we do not know how to launder them!

First time to buy with them. I receive the rug quickly. It was beautiful but it was a little bit too long. It was my fault measuring not theirs. They gave me no trouble about returning it. I bought the correct size and added another rug. Prices are reasonable.
