I found so many choices that it became overwhelming. I had an idea of what I wanted and used filters but I found I needed more filters. The price you pay for having so many to choose from.
I am returning a rug pad for a smaller one. I had already taken it out of the package and threw away the packaging waiting for the rug. The wrong rug comes and they want a picture and tell me to open up the wrong rug to get a good picture of the rug label. I, fortunately, did not remove all of the wrapping but enough to make it hard to rewrap.I see that the original pad 7'10x10' is too large for my living room, so I decided to get another set of rug and pad.Rugs.com wants me to package up the large pad myself, with a tarp, and pay $200. On top of this my printer is broken!
So many choices. Website has a few flaws and search engines can be better but overall a good experience.
Haven't opened the package yet but 2 rugs delivered quickly in 2 days. Packaged very tight and neat.

Good sales, great value for the money, free shipping. However, I still don't understand why so many of the rugs are "pre-aged"! I can do that myself but at least I have 15 years of a new rug.😂
