The experience was a little overwhelming but I like the fact that you had plenty options. I loved the feature where you can get a visual of what you are looking to purchase in your home.

I had looked for rugs for several weeks and finally decided to order two. The whole process went smoothly, the rugs were a great price, very nice quality, bright colors true as pictured and arrived in a timely manner. When I decided my rug choices did not look as good as expected with my decor, I called and was given great service in returning the rugs. I would definately recommend Rugs.com.

The rug arrived ahead of the schedule time. Which was alright, although we were not ready to put in place. Furniture to move and cleaning I wanted to be done before placing it. I will say the color was a bit brighter than the add showed. We are OK with it, just a matter of getting used to a darker and brighter experience. I am not going to send it back because it is livelier than the pictures.
