Online ordering was a breeze and advised estimated delivery date would be 2/12/2024, 8 days later. Received 2/7/24 email advising order was enroute. FedEx tracking reflected shipment to be delivered by the end of the day TODAY, 2/10/24! Much to my chagrin, as of 9:37pm on 2/10/24, nothing has been delivered and FedEx is advising "no scheduled delivery date available at this time" and "additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information, please contact the shipper." Have emailed Rugs.com for additional info per FedEx's latest notification.

Great way to pick a rug. I chose a gray/natural mix raffia 5' circle rug for my living area. The carpet there is very light gray and needed a pretty protecter for shoes. It is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking to cover a hard surface, I would recommend a rug pad under it. On the carpet it isn't required. The carpet came rolled with a stiff cardboard roll inside to keep it from bending during shipment. Paper caps on each end protected them from damaged edges, then sealed with plastic all around. The condition could not have been preserved any better. I would definitely purchase again.

Arrived next day. True to color shown in pic. Extremely satisfied. Easy payments. Will be a happy returning customer.

Rugs look exactly like pictures. The two woven rugs stink really bad though. I hope it wears off. Wish it was mentioned that material has an order.

I was very impressed with the ease to order my rug and when I decided I should have ordered the rug pad after my order for my rug, it was so easy to call your Customer Assistance and ordered it with a very friendly and helpful young lady by the name of Mary Grace. She answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently and took my additional order for the rug pad. This was not the first time I ordered from your company. I had ordered another rug a few years ago. Each time it was a very pleasant experience.

Normal size rugs will not fit in my kitchen. Rugs.com was the only store I found online that had many rugs in hard to find sizes. I chose one in the right size that I thought I would like. It was delivered in a few days, and the picture online does not do it justice. The rug is simply stunning! The blues in particular match my backsplash, and the rust and various shades of beige manage to be vibrant when the overall look and feel of the rug is light and bright. It compliments my white cabinets. I just love it!
