As above! It took me the longest to figure out which rug I wanted. Checking out was simple. I've had other rugs from this company in the past that are still going strong a couple of years later. One is in my hallway that is trodden on by my family including 2 dogs multiple times a day that still looks as good as when I bought it.

I placed the order on 1/28/24, and was not told by email that my order is on backorder until Feb 24,2024. And I was told that today when I called to see where the rug that should have been delivered two to 7 days ago is out of stock.

Although I did not end up returning anything, I did consider it because the color of one rug was not exactly as pictured.
