I ordered a rug today and was surprised that I received no confirmation email. I have no idea if the purchase was even received! Also, I had other rugs in my cart for consideration, but had to remove them in order to purchase the one I did. Shouldn't there be a way to save potential rugs in the cart? Now, I will have to find them all over again. :(
