I ordered several swimsuits which I'm very pleased with. I'm exchanging one of my items because it was too large. I contacted customer service to verify the transaction and the agent did not understand that I used my own shipping label, she just kept telling me to print out their label and return my item so they can process the exchange. I kept telling her they already received my return. (I have the tracking number for this) I have my fingers crossed that my exchange experience is positive. The customer service agent just seems to know how to copy and paste responses.

I love this top! It is just as pictured! Can't wait to wear it on my cruise. The bottoms were not my style, but I have bottoms that match.
I am still talking with the company but I bought a tankini swimsuit and bottoms in March. The bottoms fit but the tankini top was defective. I had to send pictures twice to show them the top did not look the same in the breast area as the rest of the suit. The lines went different directions and it looks odd and the chest area is not a good place for something to look off. I kept the bottoms. They took out almost 10.00 for shipping by snail mail when it was sent back and the original shipping for two items was less than $3.00. I am very unhappy with this company and I would say buyer beware, this company will rip you off if you send anything back and they will not even answer questions in a timely manner. I will not waste a dime on this company again. The cost of the shipping back is almost half of what the swimsuit cost to begin with. I will leave this message on each of my webpages which are many and I would advise anyone not to do business with them if you think you will be returning anything. I reserve the right to leave a better review if this gets straightened out but right now, even though my November purchase was good--this has left a very bad experience with the company. This is not a false review as I have the actual emails between the company and myself. I am still waiting to know why it cost so much to send back a defective swimsuit. They did not believe it was defective, I disagree totally and I would never wear the suit and I told them so. They offered to give me a 20% discount on my suit if I would keep something I would never wear due to how it looks in the chest area.
The only problem I see is that some of the clothing in my size are way too small. I am a big girl, but the majority of the tops I buy are fine. Sometimes the sleeves are too long.
Your size charts are not working, for me anyway. I look at the size charts, measure myself & still the shirts come either to big or too small. This is gonna be my last order, I'll go where I can try things on.

I ordered this dress for an event, paid for the expedited shipping to ensure I received it in time. It actually arrived 2 days earlier than I expected. Satisfied with my purchase and will order again in the future. Will take a pic and post later.
