I returned 2 tops at considerable cost to myself because the size was too small. I have been told that they won't replace or refund because of a 'particular smell'. The items were never worn except to try for size. I object to the insinuation that l have a hygiene problem and the inference that the tops have been used. If there is a 'particular smell', then it was there when they sent them. I was offered a measly $20.00 voucher after spending close to $200.00. If l thought l would end up with nothing, l would have saved the return costs and given the tops to someone whom they would fit. I would not recommend dealing with this company!

I have a wedding to go to and I live in South Florida. The wedding is in Feb. In New York. I have no warm clothes. I ordered gloves, scarf, long warm sweater, a casual dress and a few other accessories. Everything fit great! The reviews that others wrote really helped with my decision and quality of items that I ordered were well made. Everything arrived quickly. I am soooooo happy with all my purchases.

It's too bad you have such nice things it's your shipping is terrible and you should not tell people you're getting it between 7 to 10 days if you pay for shipping and still not get it in over a month still have two orders I haven't gotten and all I get is be patient it's on its way when it's not been sitting in New York six days now one of them I could go on but why bother you don't seem to care

I placed four different orders in a short period of time for four different people for the holidays. After confirmation of the orders and payment from my credit card, they then told me I needed to send a copy of my utility bill. I responded that I would not send a copy of my utility bill, and please ship the items. They sent a note back stating they are now refunding me and canceling the orders. Only three of the four orders have been refunded. I think this company is a scam, and if I could give it less than a star into the negatives, I would do so. Please do not order from this company. I have never heard of such company wanting to see my utility bill before shipping an item. These orders were all between 50 and $70. Not big purchases, They do not want to ship their items but they are quick to take your money scam. Scam, scam.
