Lots of dress choices. I liked the fit and quality of the four dresses I ordered, dress sizes do come up slightly larger than normal UK size. Returns process could have been easier ie to have a returns label with each order delivery note

I asked for items to be shipped to my Florida residence and instead it was sent to my Pennsylvania residence and got lost in the mail. It has not been forwarded to Florida after many attempts to deliver in PA.

These are the second pair of swimmers I have bought from Rotita and I love them. The colour matches the colour in the photo and I would say they are true to size. Good quality material used. Love how they look on my body, I feel great in them 😁

I like the quality of Rotita items and generally fit true to your size. I had to return an item and pay $20 for the return. I don't think this is right and will be limiting my purchases in the future.

Put discount code in then go to PayPal only to find that GST wasn't included in advertised price then get charged more than original price even after "discount"

A 👗 dress I had ordered was out of stock. Instead of getting a refund I ordered another beautiful dress. There was a credit discount and a Bonus coupon applied to my purchase! 😁
