This company is impossible to get in tough with! They have finally refunded my $64.00, but as ther store credit. Hell would freeze over before I ever buy from them again. Theoretically, they will transfer my credit back into my bank account, but again, impossible to reach them. I tried explaining to PayPal and they did nothing either. All in all, very bad experience!
I cannot get thru to ANYONE at this company to inquire why their system does NOT work in getting a Ticket so I can return my "LESS than Satisfactory" clothing items I purchased... NO Phone # and NO email address that will communicate with me... HELP anyone please!

I ordered two items. It took over a month to receive them and they did not fit properly. They were also of poor quality. When I tried to log on to start the return process, the site wanted me to log in with a username and password. I had paid with paypal and did not create an account. When I tried to make an account, they said that the email I was using was already in use. I tried the "forgot password" choice using the email that they had JUST recognized and I got a message saying that "email no exist!". So I tried to make an account with a different email and look into my order # but it told me I needed to ask about that order using the email that I had used to place that order. So I was back to square one. Cannot log on to ask, cannot contact anyone via email or phone. This is a racket to get your money for crap merchandise and then laugh all the way to bank. You have no way of getting a refund despite what they say their "return policy" is. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY! Order from reputable businesses. This is not one of them.
This was my first time ordering from Rotita and I am highly impressed. The items that I've ordered were of good quality and having the reviews of previous customers made ordering the size I needed a great help. This will not be my last time ordering, I plan on placing another order soon.
I paid for expedited delivery and shipments arrived later than promised date. Clothing is poorly-made and refunds are hard to come by due to return shipping issues: NOTE return shipping is not part of purchase agreement. I will NOT purchase again nor would I recommend LiliGal to others.
Just received my first shipment of tops and swimsuit, and everything fit and looked as good as the pictures. I loved everything so much, that I made a new order the same day! LiliGal is my new love!
God, how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I bought two tops in the same size - one was too big and the other was too small! Additionally, the lace overlay was only attached on one shoulder. The return process is impossible! Took two days to accomplish step one of the eight step process. This involved, among other things, UPLOADING PHOTOS of the problems to confirm that my issues were real. I still have not been able to accomplish step two. Every time I try, I'm informed that my password is invalid. Yes, that would be the one I just used to sign in. Have changed my password at least five times and each one works perfectly well until I try to access the return ticker procedure. WHAT A SCAM!
This shop offers nice, inexpensive clothes with fast shipping. I will certainly order again. I am sorry that others have not experienced the same.
Wow, I cant believe I love this so much! I ordered a size up expecting it to be smaller than expected... but its true to size! Ordering another in a smaller size to compare, honestly will probably keep both! Ready to order again!

Product is really poor and shoddy quality. I bought several tops for my wife the the quality of the material buttons was very very cheap. Whats more, it took 3 weeks to get the product because it went through China. The product pictures on the website are MISLEADING. Would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. We are donating the 7 shirts instead of sending them back because the return policy is also not consumer friendly.
The only problem I have is the sizing after several attempts now I realize I must go a size smaller other wise it is ok.
I ordered 4 tops and wasnt pleased with how they looked on me. I do have a difficult figure to fit and I dont usually order on-line for that reason but gave this a try. I needed to return the items but Liligal worked out a deal with me that I felt was more than fair to me. They were easy to work with.
I guess for an international order the delivery time was acceptable. Since I sew, I thought the workmanship could have been better for the original price advertised. I did purchase for about half of the original price. I will be turning up the sleeves and hem to eliminate the zig-zagged edges. The fit was in line with their sizes/measurements. Since this was an international order and I don't know how returns are truly handled, I will not order again.
Will continue to shop here for myself and friends. Everything comes in plus sizes and looks great. True to size and the prices are affordable. The return policy is easy as well
I ordered a cute jumpsuit. It was a nice outfit for the price.the cut and style was a good fit. Delvery was a little slow but it comi h from China.

I love this top. It is comfortable and durable. It has become one of my favorites. I look forward to trying more tops and maybe a couple of dresses.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
