Not only are things well organized and good quality. After I had ordered my product, you get emails right away about confirmation and tracking information. I never lost sight of my dress. And I actually received it a lot earlier than predicted. Customer service is almost available making it easy to have any question and concerns after.

I pray for the supporters of this company, the merchandise is extreme! Poor quality
It took me 3 weeks to get the merchandise, when it arrived it came in a small plastic mail wrapping, it was absolutely horrible, paper thin material, too small
You guys really should not deceive the public with the photos you place on line it is absolutely sad. I was not told I had to pay for the return refund processing.

I was told to send a pic of the merchandise for return what kind of business is this

I thought it was too goo to be true.

I finally received the 3rd blouse. I really loved the pattern and the material. However the front seam was split open at the bottom. Fortunately I sew, so it will be an easy fix.

I received 2 out of the 3 blouses. Both of them were damp inside the plastic bags. I hung them up to dry and were quite wrinkly when they dried. Im not sure why the 3rd blouse didnt come with the order. There was also no invoice in the package.

I usually never take time to write reviews but today I refuse for anyone else to fall into buying from this company. Its absolutely disgusting that they are okay to advertise one thing and what you get is the complete opposite. First I start by saying the order took forever to arrive even though I paid for a quicker delivery. Hey one of the dresses was suppose to be my birthday dress. Well thank god I didn't depend on it. The dress never arrived it took 2 weeks for my items to arrive, When I received them I was applaud the material is HORRIBLE, THE SIZE IS NOT TRUE TO SIZE AT ALL, THE PRINT IS HORRIBLE, the SEAMS OF THE DRESSES are completely off... I REALLY HOPE THAT WHO EVER READS MY POST AND WAS DECIDING TO PLACE AN ORDER... DON"T DO IT... you will be tricked like everyone else including myself. It's so sad that they are even ok having the site up and that this company is actually in existence. I WORK REALLY HARD FOR MY MONEY and I spent over $100.00. When I see the dresses it angers me that these people really do this to consumers and nothing happens. And it will continue if we don't stop it. So again I CANT stress enough do yourself a favor and stay away from purchasing from these people, WE work to hard to just give our money away! As I read through all these positive reviews honestly I think it's the actually people that own this company adding positive reviews. Because anyone that truly understands good quality, are being honest and truly posting actual facts of this company. So thank you to these people that are truly looking out for the best interest of consumers and just being honest. If I had a choice to rate zero that's what I would give it.

I do a lot of my clothes shopping online but this was the first time I dealt with Rotita. A few minutes after I had placed an order I got an email saying my order should arrive in about 3 to 5 weeks. Curious about why it would take so long, I then saw that the merchandise was coming from China. No where on Rotita's website does it say that they're located in China! Had I known that I never would have placed an order!

After 8 weeks I received the tops I ordered and both were damaged. One had two huge holes in it and the other was a top that was pieced together and where the pieces were sewn together the fabric was all bunched up. Also, both tops had unfinished hems - bottoms and sleeves.

I communicated all this to Rotita (through their website) and sent them pictures to prove the damages. Rotita's initial response was that they would give me $14.95 and I could keep both tops. I didn't want to keep these tops. I would NEVER wear them! The 2 tops cost me $59.00, and so basically what Rotita was doing was reducing my loss by 25%. I didn't think it was right that I should pay anything for damaged merchandise.

When I communicated this with Rotita they came back with another offer. I could keep the tops and they would refund me $47.20. Now they were offering me 80% off. And that would have been great if only I was able to wear these tops. When I rejected their second offer and told them that I wanted a FULL REFUND along with a free shipping label, they then wrote that they would issue a full refund only after I returned the merchandise and they gave me an address in Shanghai, China for the return. They totally ignored my request for a free shipping label. I then got a quote from UPS that the shipping would be $125.75. Fed Ex was more.

Frustrated, I contacted PayPal and after back and forth emails for 3 days in the end all PayPal did was communicate with Rotita. PayPal sent me similar emails - first an offer of $20 off, and then when I rejected that offer, PayPal wrote to me that I could return both items to Shanghai and they will refund the $59.00. So again, I'm back at $125 in shipping for 2 damaged tops.

When I finally told Rotita that I would accept their offer of $47.20, (without having to return the items) they said fine and that they would credit my account in a few days. That was over 3 months ago. Now they don't even bother responding to my messages.

So the moral of the story - DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM Rotita, - ROTITA.com - The merchandise is defective and you cannot return it. Rotita is one huge scam of a company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 bathing suits and only one was true to size. I have been trying for almost a month to return or exchange the other two. After numerous emails, and several requests for a "return ticket" - nothing! I doubt they even know what customer service is. Do not waste your money!

I should have read the reviews. The swimsuits weren't as advertised. And I was charged a foreign fee. And the return fiasco is the same as others have mentioned.

They are a scam

Ordered swimsuit wasn't same color as picture listed their fault, colors in picture were vibrant not dull like I received. Contacted was told I had to pay for shipping back to Shanghai or just get half my money back. Then the refund they were trying to give me store credit. UM NO! I told them I want my refund on same pmt method. Then the communication stopped. I had sent a follow up email and still no responce back. Had to file dispute with paypal, guess what now they respond, but to tell me they are not required to issue a refund until I closed my dispute with PayPal. That's not going to happen. So my advice is to steer clear from this place. They know what they are doing and they are scamming people. Someone needs to shut them down

This is a joke. No way to get in touch with anyone. When you finally are able to make a ticket it won't respond, signs you off. I ordered a shirt that looked nothing like what I ordered. Sent it back and still no response. They kept asking me to settle for 50% back. I will never do business with this place again and I have warned all my coworkers to not order from this site. Cheap clothes.

Return policy stinks

I did not care for my item and when I wanted to return it they offered me 50% of what I paid. I took it because I was going to have to mail it back to Shanghai. Will just take the 50% and wear if for a Halloween costume. Quality was very poor.

Please do not buy dresses from this company. What you see in the pictures is not what you get. Dont waste your money because the dresses are not up to standard. You are better of buying from dollar store than buying this cheap made dresses from this Chines company. They are reaping Americans off. I hope somebody can stop them.
I cant remember the exact date but it was early 2016. I saw beauty Ad on Facebook for moth and I decided to order for 3 dresses. It took almost 2 month for me to receive my orders. When the dress arrived they were low quality. They used cheap material to saw the dresses. And there was no linner or under garment in the dresses. I ended up sending the dresses to goodwill because I could not wear them.
Please stay away.

On March 13, I placed an order for a dressy top I needed for a shower on April 7. ELEVEN days later, I got an email saying they received my order. Nothing else for another week... from them. I must have gotten close to a dozen emails from the postal service after that, saying the shipper was "preparing" to ship. The order finally shipped--and arrived April 9, too late for its intended purpose. Maybe I'm spoiled by amazon, but 3 weeks to receive? Ridic.
Then, the quality of the top was awful. The picture shows a very dressy top. The reality is a dumpy-looking shirt made of t-shirt fabric, and thin and cheesy at that. Nothing dressy about it. I'd be embarrassed to wear it to a dressy event. I have to consider this item way over-priced for what I got!
Last, there was no invoice in the package, no way to return it. I can't imagine what a nightmare it will be to contact via the website to try for a refund... or how long THAT will take! Stay away from this website, no matter how nice the pictures look! There was nothing good in this entire transaction!
