I ordered 2 items on April 1. I was notified one was out of stock and one was being shipped. They put my out of stock balance on a store credit. I dont want a store credit. I want a refund. Getting in touch with them has been a major pain. I have not heard anything from them. And here it is May 2 and I still have not received the one item they said they were shipping, nor have I received my money. Never again will I order from this company.

This website / company is awful! First you order from them and your product doesn't show up for weeks. Then when I got the product it was CRAP material and the swimsuit I ordered was made WEIRD. The breast area was at my collarbone. Seriously? Are they trying to dress Martians? I tried repeatedly to contact them through the website, email, and God for bid there's a Chat or phone number to reach a human being. There was never a response and no way for me to return anything because the website wouldn't allow me to go to the areas they suggested. I am NEVER buying from this hack again and suggest you don't either. I don't usually shop this carelessly or from China - but I screwed up. I'm calling my credit card company and filing a dispute. Ridiculous!

This company website looks pretty good and leads you to believe they have quality merchandise. The truth is their merchandise is CRAP the poorest quality imaginable. They totally ripped me off as I was unable to return what I purchased. The customer service scammed me with negotiations regarding my return and offered me 80% discount to keep the merchandise. They then blocked my access to the trouble ticket to receive my return. Their return policy is BOGUS! None existent! LiliGal is a pure scam. DO NOT SHOP LiliGal.com!

I ordered 6 dresses pay over $260. A friend told me about the reviews and I tried to cancel 3 dresses the same day and they never answered me back. Anyway I was so excited for my beautiful dresses. What a surprise when I received it. The quality is terrible, the color is not as it is in the picture and what was suppose to be an elegant dress turn to be a piece of trash. Sorry it is awful and I will never be able to used that dress for not one special occasion.

This company like many out there scam their viewers thinking they're getting good quality when in fact they're just pure garbage. All the pictures we see are from an expensive line of clothing from other retailers in the USA! They botch up when trying to duplicate the clothing! IF THE PRICE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE and COMING FROM OVERSEAS, DON'T GIVE IN! Something has got to be done with these websites making it illegal to advertise in the USA. They're scamming us and should pay for it!

I really like the item I ordered .. great style, great fabric and great seamstress work. Unfortunately, the sizing in the bust did not work for me. But, I liked the item so much I even had my daughters and two other friends try it on to see if I could just gift it to someone. That didn't work out so I am returning the item but I am still interested in trying other things from this online business in the future!
