I ordered a bathing suit according to sizing chart, it was way to big. I wanted to exchange that item till i was told i had to pay to send item back to them plus i would have to pay to get new item mailed to me. So i agreed to have of credit applied to in store credit. Ok so i ordered a dress with thinning about the sizing chart and with bathing suit in mind. It was too small. They offered me a refund of money i spent not even half of the credits i used. I will never use this company again, they took my money as far as i am concerned.
I received my order the dress is ok but, one of the sleeves is shorter than the other one. The quality is not that good. Why would you not have better merchandise people are willing to purchase from you but you take too long the quality is not that good. Why, why can't you do better by your customers. So things are ok but there are flaws in the merchandise. Please do better, I'm afraid to order again. If you put them ON line then let the merchandise look like the picture. Please do better.

I revived the dress I have order from Rotita, it was a nice looking dress but I wasnt sure if its was as I see on the site. So I take a chance and the price was low so I was thinking its not good stuff. When the item came it was great I have to say I cant wait to order again they have very beautiful dresses.
