I ordered for the first time, hoping that things would go well. I was very pleased with my dress when it arrived. It was a very easy experience.

I ordered a tankini bathing suit top previous to my last order & it went with me on vacation. It was the most comfortable bathing suit I've had in many years. I recently ordered another tankini set & another tankini top. The fit was fantastic (which is not easy on a top heavy person). All pieces feel great. The colors were very vibrant. I'm a senior citizen & the bathing suit pieces made me feel great!

I received the following insipid note from Rotita
"We are very sorry that our product did not meet your satisfaction. Can we return 15% store credit of this item as compensation? You can choose items of different size for top and bottom in the below link."
My response:
LOL! 15% store credit?! What a bargain FOR YOU!
No thank you. I don't want anything from you. Who would want to order something else that isn't going to fit?! I'm good. There are a lot of stores out there that ARE true to size. I'll stick with them
Their following response:

I tried to contact them to tell them their 15% reimbursement was even more ridiculous than their clothing sizes but of corse could not get through
