Bought a dress for my daughter and being a dumb DAD i guessed the wrong size. All i wanted was to exchange the dress for a bigger size. BUt there is no way to contact these people. They are in China and they dont take returns. Save your money, shop some place else!
I placed an order for a blouse I wanted to wear to my grandson graduation from law school on 5/3.The order was processed on 5/6. It arrived at the DHL procecssing plant in New Jersey on 5/18. The graduation was on the 20th. Now they are saying it will arrive on the 22th. That's today. Who can tell. But it says is in Westbough, N. Y. It was shipped from Inwood, N. Y to Wallingford Ct. By way of New Jersey to Ny and then to Ct... I could have walked to N. Y and back in the time it is taking for that order to get here. The Pony Express could have got it here quicker.

I have tried several times to try and submit a return and your web site just keeps sending me on-a loop and I never get anywhere. I truly love your clothes but will never order again because I am unable to return items if they don, t fit. Now I am stuck with a shirt I cannot wear. I ordered a large but it is very small maybe a medium at best. Good luck but you just lost a customer.

I ordered $58.09 worth of merchandise on May 5th. It was taken out of my credit card through Paypal. When I went online to try to try to see the status of my order, I saw there is no customer support phone number and every time I have tried to access the chat line it is offline and the website says it can only be used to get info before you place an order. On top of that, the website says it has no record of my email address so I am unable to log in. I sent an email but all I got back was an automated reply saying to log into my account which I can't do.
I have been waiting over a month to receive my bathing suit. I was not aware that it was coming from China. I received it but it did not fit, its very cute. I found out its going to be a hassle to return it and youre responsible for the charges. I dont want to go through all this hassle so I will keep the bathing suit and hopefully I can find a friend that it will fit. I believe that maybe all the outfits are made in a sweatshop in China. Therefore I will not be ordering anymore and the return policy is not a good policy at all it should be hassle free.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
