I requested an exchange/return ticket on May 15 and today is May 18 and I'm still waiting for an answer. Very bad customer service.

I have been very satisfied with all the items I have ordered. I like that are items that you don't see you on every corner.

You say your things are returnable within 30 days and I have been trying to get help in finding an address for the return, but no help. There are other things I would like to purchase, but not now.

Have 3 swimsuits I ordered and all 3 very good quality and right on with correct sizing! So cute I will order agin!

I would steer completely clear of any fashion company located in China. So far the reviews for Rotita, FashionMia and StyleWe are horrendous to deal with. Customer service is great as long as you are ordering something, but if you need to return or exchange an item, you can forget hearing from them. Wish I had done my homework BEFORE I ordered from them! NEVER AGAIN!

Your dresses are very nice looking but when it comes down to putting them on it's a problem they don't fit and you can't return it i don't care how many tickets you put in there is no way to return it and get your money back so your out of money and stuck with a dress you can't fit. Your company need to stop playing games with people and give them their money back, and send me a address to return this dress.

I have been trying to get a shipping Label to return, since the 8th of May, with no responce. Suits were good quality but the did not fit. Very unhappy

What a pleasure to finally find shirts that are comfortable and fit well. I ordered one and waited before ordering the second. Once the first order was placed with no issues and sent free of charge looking and fitting as I wanted, so I placed the second order. Just got the sencond order so I am now ready to place another. Lover them!

My orders have always been in a timely manner and they are very good at sending notices of when to expect your package. The return policy is excellent.

Never bought a bathing suit online before, but Im not disappointed. Great fit. Only issue was that it took longer than expected to ship from the order date. But when I contacted customer service they responded quickly. Once it was shipped it arrived in a few days. I will be ordering again from LiliGal!

Bought a bathing suit, I know, stupid online. But they look great in the pictures. That is NOT what you get 4 weeks later from China! Big mistake. You have to "submit a ticket" to get a refund, but the site always has an error message when you try. Do NOT buy from this $#*!ty company!

The clothing is fun and comfortable and colorful. Fits well, but make sure you order the right size.

I used the sizing chart and ordered one size larger than I actually wear, but the swimsuit arrived sporting B/C cup size rather than a DD... I need to figure out how to return now...
