The top did not fit n they worked out the problem. Easy to work with. Will order again. The top was as described. Waiting on another. It was shipped separate. The items take 30 days or more.

After reading the reviews I am one of the lucky ones who atleast received my items.
2 out of the 5 things do not fit. There is no way to return your items for the full refund they alledge! No phone number. They no longer recognize my email address or password! Extremely shady! No invoice came with my order! They obviously do not want you to return anything because they don't want to refund your money! Find another place to shop!

I absolutely love the quality of the clothing I received for my first order with LiliGal. I did send back two items that were too small and asked to be sent larger sizes, and never (so far) have received these items. I also sent for 2 more items that I loved the look of on the website, but have also not received them. So, I really love the quality and style of the clothing I received that fit, but am nervous about not receiving my new order AND not receiving the 2 first order items I sent back to have correct sizes issued.

The dress fits too small even though I ordered a size ABOVE my usual size. Its cut looks frumpy rather than cool like in the picture It is also longer than the picture suggests. There is no size information attached to the dress to figure out if they sent you the wrong size. The stitching is shabby. It took longer than estimated to arrive. It ships all the way from Shanghai. This is the first time I shopped at this site. Wont be coming back to this site again. Also, ever since I stopped by this site, I am getting annoying ads popping up on my phone all the time. The ads take over the control of the browser (safari) and I have to exit the browser to continue using my phone.

Purchased AU$200 worth of clothing from this site and only 3 pieces out of the 5 ordered have arrived so far.
One is 15 cms too big in the waist (Hence, it is 15 cms over the quoted waist measurement) and another item looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictured item which was the most beautiful colour, that i could not resist getting it. Unfortunately, the reality is crap. The colour is junk compared to what I ordered. I went into the site to start a refund request and I cannot get in because i have forgotten my password. So i click on the reset password option and they tell me that my email address DOES NOT EXIST on the system! They have sent all of my receipts and purchase confirmations to this email and updates on shipping and tracking numbers have gone to this email and yet they will NOT let me get into my account order because they state that the account doesn't exist.
The customer service is a damn joke and pathetic. There is no number to call. All you can do is submit a ticket which you can only do IF you have an account and they are telling me i don't. Absolute nightmare and i can't get my money back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PATHETICALLY RUN COMPANY!
YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!

I was most impressed with the online customer service. The speed of the service request was exceptional. I had a problem with delivery. Upon submitting a ticket, the customer service department was quick to supply an answer to my request. Even the refund was delivered with speed.
